Summer Fair Donation Requirements

Donation Collection Begins June 15th.

Thank you for your donation to the Summer Fair Event.

Please make sure your donations align with our requirements

and let us know if you need a donation receipt.

Donated Book Requirements:

- Published on or after 2000

- Children’s books welcome

- Clean, without stains

- No markings, writing or highlighting

- No textbooks or technical books

- No magazines, cookbooks or reference books

- No “coffee table” books

Acceptable Summer Fair Donations:

Toys, Children’s Sporting Goods, Books, Glassware,

Linens, Fabric, Home Goods, Dishes, Craft Supplies,

Garden Supplies, Artificial Flowers, Collectibles,

Plants in pots, Jewelry and Silent Auction Items
